Food Collection - Food collection was accomplished by Amanda Hutchinson and the American Red Cross and the Salvation Army. Food Distribution - Food was distributed to the volunteers in the gym vaccination area and the gym parking lot vaccination area by Shelly ??? in room ??? . Food was distributed to the volunteers at the Oak Bluffs Staging Area by Bill Howell using the American Red Cross van. Food was distributed to the volunteers at the West Tisbury Staging Area by Rick Rheinhardsen using the Salvation Army Trailer. Support Branch Facilities Facilities Leader Chuck Cotnoir MVRHS Facilities The MVRHS Facility Leader was Chuck CotnoirCoordination for the use of all MVRHS facilities was conducted through Superintendent Weiss, High School s?? Greg ???. Coordination was also accomplished with Janitor Tom Church. High School facilities used were: the Gym for walk-in vaccination room ???? for volunteer feeding, Room ????? for evaluators Hallway station for email registration for the County Public Health Affairs PAC area for registration Gym Parking lot for drive-thru vaccination, sign in, and the staging of the Mobile Command Post unit Bus Parking Lot for drive-thru vaccination Oak Buffs Staging Area The Oak Bluffs Facilites Leader was Sergeant George Fisher. Coordination for the use of Woburn Park was conducted by Oak Bluffs Police Sergeant George Fisher. The park was used for staging cars and for registration. The American Red Cross set up a feeding station for volunteers in a tent that was rented from Tilton Rent-all. West Tisbury Staging Area The West Tisbury Facility Leader was Chief Daniel Rossi. Coordination for the use of the West Tisbury Agricultural property was conducted by West Tsbury Police Chief Daniel Rossi and Health Agent John Powers. The Ring road was used for staging cars and for registration. The Salvation Army set up a feeding station in their trailer, adjacent to the Registration Area. The Salvation Army also set up a portable generator for hot liquid and hot food preparation. Supplies and Equipment Sign up area The outside volunteer sign up area was provided by the Wampanoag Tribe and was set up by tribal members in the afternoon before the Flu Clinic day. The tables and chairs for the sign up was provided by the Marthas Vineyard Medical Reserve corps and was manned by members of the MVMRC. One side was added on the day of the flu Clinic. Arrangements for the delivery and set up of the tent was accomplished by Chuck Cotnoir. Other equipment supplied were 4 tables and 4 chairs.
