The Solution

        Well, she thought, having someone tell me a story isn't going to solve all my problems, but it just might help me get through the long and boring times.

So, she borrowed an old grandfather clock that still worked (for the soothing, ticking sounds) and she put on her favorite nightie, tucked herself in with all the best pillows, lit some candles and incense, and listened to her best heroine tell her the magic tale.

And at the end of the story she chimed in with (you guessed it) "AND THEY ALL LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER".

So, she made it back to "Happily Ever After Land" after all. And she can help you get there, too.
