The variety of therapies offered by the Martha's Vineyard Holistic Retreat can be custom-tailored to meet your needs. Stay for a weekend or longer.

For a typical weekend package, each morning you will wake up to the soothing sounds of music such as Gregorian Chants, to aid in relieving stress. You will put on comfortable clothing and be joined by the other guests at the breakfast nook for your first detoxification cocktail with wonderful tasting, fresh organic juices, teas, fresh fruits and garnishes.

Now you are ready to join either the yoga, massage, or meditation therapist for non-invasive detoxifying sessions. The afternoon therapies are individualized according to your Retreat menu or the specially designed program worked out with your therapist. Our major focus is physical and emotional cleansing. Choose one therapy per day to help
us customize your program:

During the early evening you have free time for individual personal pursuits. You may, take a trip to a health food store or an Island tour, visit the community spa with a pass, walk along Island trails, or visit a specific Island event or tourist attraction. If you wish to add extra treatment not included in your personalized program you can schedule an a la carte
therapy during this free time. All meals are bursting with flavorful soups and juices and enzyme-rich raw foods to ensure total detoxification and cleansing.

Every evening before bed in your healing space, you will end the day with a cleansing procedure that is specifically designed for your individual needs. Your healing space will be controlled with music. Your entire environment will be peaceful. You can relax by the fireplace in the winter, sit in a revitalizing hot tub and meditate, or take the sunrise power walk before breakfast. We make every moment of your stay peaceful and private so that a total cleanse can take place.
